Fast delivery, good product

Great efficient service. Even when I had an issue return and refunds couldn't have been easier. I will use Tapron again.

I ordered and paid online for 2 items from Tapron. After a couple of days I received an email to say they were no longer stocking the items I’d ordered, but to tell me they could provide upgraded (and considerably more expensive) items for the same price. Did I want to go ahead? You bet I did!!! What could be better? An upgraded, more expensive item but for the same price. You can’t get fairer than that. Great customer service! The items duly arrived. I was delighted with the quality…. more importantly, the customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tapron.

I had to return a tap and choose a new one. The refund was dealt with very promptly and your staff were really helpful responding to emails quickly.

A range of different and interesting products which seem to come at a higher than average standard. Very happy with the look and feel of our new gold tap, service quick. For a £200 tap I do think delivery should be free of charge but maybe the price reflects that.
